Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Charlotte, North Carolina and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   We have several condo/townhome communities in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. It all depends on what you are looking for. The two largest Golf Course communities with condos in town would be Highland Creek area in N Charlotte. Prices range from mid $100’s upto $300s. The other is located in S Charlotte in Raintree, Providence Country Club and Piper Glen. Prices range from the low $100s to $800s. There are also several condo developments in Center City Charlotte.
